Louise Adams is the President & Owner of H&P Mobile Geochemistry, Inc.
Louise has over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry, first as Vice President and Sr. Project Manager for InterPhase Environmental for 10 years, then with H&P for 10 years prior to purchasing the company in May 2008. During that time, she was responsible for all aspects of project management, pricing, formal proposals, contracts, subcontracts, and marketing. This experience has given Louise a complete understanding of the business operations required to manage a technical service company that has averaged $3.2 million in annual gross revenue since 2005. As the Owner and President of H&P, Louise continues to ensure the effective management of the firms’ services and projects with clients and staff to ensure the success for both.
Her management skills and style allowed for a smooth transition to business owner as she continues to be responsible for all contracting, financing, company services, marketing activities, and personnel. Louise has effectively demonstrated her ability in this role as she maintains the company's success with the ongoing confidence of the H&P team, previous owners, and loyal clients.
Suzie Nawikas, B.S.

Ms. Nawikas has worked for H&P Mobile Geochemistry, Inc. for over five years as a project manager and is intricately involved with both the drilling and analytical operations for the firm. She has knowledge of current regulations and technology concerning soil vapor intrusion investigations and can help to implement a sampling and analytical plan that will fit regulatory recommendations. Ms. Nawikas manages not only the local field work in Southern California, but also all of the nationwide analytical services for clients in various states. Ms. Nawikas provides thorough and comprehensive price quotes for a given scope of work and is proactive to notify a consultant of any out of scope costs before they are incurred in order to help a project stay within budget. As a project manager, Ms. Nawikas is committed to fully communicating the project goals to the H&P staff, helping to ensure that the project is successfully completed within the time and budget allotted.
Lisa Eminhizer, B.S., M.A.
Lab Director - QA/QC Manager

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, 1992
Ms. Eminhizer serves as quality assurance and quality control officer at H&P Mobile Geochemistry Inc. She performs a comprehensive review of all analytical data generated by the various testing methods in our fixed base and mobile analytical laboratories. Ms. Eminhizer confirms that all quality assurance objectives have been met prior to releasing analytical data to our clients. Prior to H&P, she has acquired extensive experience
as an analytical chemist and environmental consultant for both private sector and government clients. Ms. Eminhizer has been a valuable member of the team at H&P for several years, and provides our clients with the benefit of expert environmental chemistry assistance, while
understanding the practical implications for your complex projects.

Dave Balkenbush, B.S.

Mr. Balkenbush is the Qualifying Employee for our California C57 License and serves as the supervisor of all drilling and sampling activities for H&P Mobile Geochemistry, Inc. He specializes in soil gas sampling for environmental projects and has worked with H&P for over 15 years. He
has conducted thousands of projects throughout California, Arizona and for very sensitive, high profile projects in other states. Mr. Balkenbush is considered an expert in soil gas sampling for both on site and off site analysis.

Eric Corson
Field Services Manager
Mr. Corson manages the team of drillers and technicians and oversees the successful completion of field work for H&P Mobile Geochemistry. He has 8 years of experience in Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, specializing in vapor intrusion field services and direct push drilling.

Noah Unsworth
IT / Accounting / Payroll Manager

Mr. Unsworth is the Technical Manager at H&P Mobile Geochemistry, Inc. and has been a valuable member of the team for over eighteen years. Mr. Unsworth’s responsibilities include managing H&P’s website and maintaining all IT services, trouble-shooting and creating solutions for the laboratory and staff. Mr. Unsworth has performed many different
tasks for the company in sample control, sample prep, report management and accounts receivables / payables. Specializing in bringing accurate electronic data deliverables (EDDs) to our clients, Mr. Unsworth has trained in Geotracker EDF, SEDD/ADR & Crystal Reports.
